Beat the Cold
R Mohan
I have a severe cold with running nose.
Naran
Do LINGA Mudra (both hands clasped together, with left thumb in upright position) for 20 minutes. Then do SAFE and SECURE Mudra (thumb touching ring and little fingers on both the hands) for another 20 minutes.
R Mohan
I did as you suggested. I took rest for a while keeping in mind that while we sleep, our body does the necessary healing (as mentioned by Naran).
After waking up, I did the Mudras again for 15 minutes. I was alright (without any medication). Thanks.
Naran
Due to pollution, we get afflicted with cold.
The thick phlegm produced and deposited inside the lungs will be converted into liquid form by the Linga Mudra and will be sent to the Hara Chakra (the chakra that handles water element) by the Safe and Secure Mudra.
Pain due to overweight
Ftrrs
What is the remedy for too much weight? My husband is overweight and I want him to get fit. He has high cholesterol also.
Due to weight, his knees pains while climbing stairs and is having vitamin D deficiency too.
Naran
I have a combination of flower remedies. He can try.
Ask him to keep the ring finger under the thumb daily for 15 minutes. This is FIRE MUDRA, which will reduce his weight.
Ask him to chant Switch words, “CHANGE DIVINE ORDER NOW ON”
Ftrrs
I like to add my husband is also taking Allopathy for High BP, Vitamin D and for joint pain. So can he take the Flower remedies along with that?
Naran
Flower remedies are for mental state and not for physical problems.
Meanwhile, chant the mantra, “HARE RAMA HARE KRISHNA” for his joint pain.
Mudra Tips and Techniques Part I
How to do mudras?
You can do a Mudra by sitting erect in a chair or you can lie down in bed.
The recommended time is 10-15 minutes but for good results do it for 30 to 45 minutes. You can split the duration into two times – 30 minutes can be done as two 15-minute or three 10-minute durations.
If the results are not as per your intent, either do it for more time or do the appropriate Mudra for the new situation. Consult Naran in this regard.
You can do chanting while doing the Mudra.
Have to do Mudra on both the hands.
When to do mudras?
You may do Mudras, while walking, sitting or talking with others. You may lie down in bed too.
There is no breathing regulation involved. Of course, you can count your breath while doing some special mudras – Panchamuga Mudras.
Watching TV is more important to us J You can even do this when watching TV or when you talk with others.
Mudra healing is a simple and effective technique to do, even while walking.
Two mudras simultaneously
MAINAK KR BALL
Can we do Pran and Kubera Mudra simultaneously in both hands? Say Pran Mudra in left hand and Kubera Mudra in right hand.
Naran
No. Do these two Mudras one after the other.

Mudra Healing combined with Releasing techniques (RULE your KARMA) and Switch Words
It feels horrible when your genuine good actions and gestures are not received in good sense and blamed for doing the same. I am failing to understand it.
- Be in Chin Mudra and release all your present emotions and thoughts
- Be in the Heart Mudra and say, “I release the unknown past memories that prevent me from giving”
- Be in the Vital Essence (Hara) Mudra and chant “I release my desire to be loved and I love myself totally”
- Be in the Vitality Mudra and chant” BE TOGETHER NOW DIVINE”
- Be in the Pushan Mudra and chant “I release resistance to accept what is given”

Order of doing the Mudras
Do them in the same order mentioned.
12 minutes each – you can increase the time, but not for lesser time.
Continuously without break – you can’t do them in different times; they had to be done together.
Do them at least once a day and for better results, twice a day.
Chanting
Chant the relevant switch words while doing the Mudras, as mentioned in the blog. The chanting can be louder or silent, as per your preference.
Timing
They can be done during any part of the day, though morning is preferable, while you are sitting, standing, or walking. Of course, closing the eyes, in sitting position, focused, will get better results. Don’t be too hard on yourself and do it as per convenience.
