Beat the Cold

I have a severe cold with running nose.

Naran

Do LINGA Mudra (both hands clasped together, with left thumb in upright position) for 20 minutes. Then do SAFE and SECURE Mudra (thumb touching ring and little fingers on both the hands) for another 20 minutes.

I did as you suggested. I took rest for a while keeping in mind that while we sleep, our body does the necessary healing (as mentioned by Naran).

After waking up, I did the Mudras again for 15 minutes. I was alright (without any medication). Thanks.

Due to pollution, we get afflicted with cold.

The thick phlegm produced and deposited inside the lungs will be converted into liquid form by the Linga Mudra and will be sent to the Hara Chakra (the chakra that handles water element) by the Safe and Secure Mudra.

Ear pain whenever I open my mouth

Sam

Whenever I open my mouth – either when yawning or while coughing, I get a pain in the right ear.

Naran

Do you use a mobile a lot?

Sam

I don’t.

Naran

This could be due to Apanan (Prana), which has to flow downwards. Instead, it is flowing upwards instead. Do the Chin Mudra (index finger touching the tip of thumb on both the hands). It will help the Apanan to flow downwards.

Sam (after three days)

My pain has completely gone. Usually, my stomach is bloated in the evening from 4 pm until 9 pm. Because of that, my belly looks bigger. Can I do the Chin Mudra to reduce this bloating?

Naran

Yes you can. Additionally, chant ‘Vallabam Gajaananam Eka Thantham”.

The mantra will make you enjoy food. When you don’t enjoy eating your food, you will tend to nibble your food. You need to munch the food a lot (for at least for 40 seconds) before swallowing it. This helps saliva to get mixed with food, which helps the digestion process.

Simple Life Solutions

Mudras are so simple that anybody can do it – irrespective of age, sex or creed. You don’t need to have any worries, whatsoever.

Anita Vij: Safe and secure Mudra is very beneficial. All our worries are gone by doing this Mudra before going to sleep.

Mudras can be combined with Mantras, which doubles the effect of Mudras.

Sam: If I do the Chin Mudra before eating for 10 minutes, and by chanting Vallabam Gajaananam Eka Thantham then I am able to pick the right food, the right quantity of food – not less or more and the food I like to eat (as I eat food from different hotels and thus eating the food I like becomes very important).

Why Mantras, even switch words can be combined with Mudras.

Raj: I chanted the switch words, “MOVE ON” with the Movement Mudra for 15 minutes and “FIND COUNT DIVINE Job” for 15 minutes, twice a day for the last 20 days. Now, I have got two small projects on hand, which will keep me busy for the next 3-4 months.

You can combine color healing with Mudras.

At last My Son Got a Job

My son, Siddharth has completed M. Tech in Bio-technology. But still not found a job. He is already 24, and I am very worried and tensed. Kindly help us.

Already giving him WALNUT and SWEET CHESTNUT plus started chanting from yesterday, “FIND DIVINE ORDER COUNT NOW DONE”.

This is just FYI. Pls guide us.

Come out of tension.

  1. You take RESCUE REMEDY.
  2. Tap on yourself, “I accept myself totally”.
  3. Be in Pran Mudra for 20 minutes a day.

He will get a job.

I have started doing Pran Mudra for 20 minutes daily. Also taking Bach flowers, I am feeling much better. Now the anxiety for getting job for my son is slowly decreasing.

Since I do not know tapping, I am just affirming “I accept myself totally” is it ok? Thrice a day. Need your kind advise.

My son has not yet got the job. One of our family friends is trying the job for him in the pharmacy line only, which is his line and preference.

Kindly pray that it should happen urgently and need divine advice. Somebody predicted that he will go on changing the jobs till 2012 and will get best job only in 2013 (i.e., he will settle in the job only in 2013). I am feeling very depressed. But at the same time I feel that GOD can do anything. Pls advice.

  1. Chant “FIND DIVINE ORDER NOW”
  2. Write the statement for 21 times, “I activate that part of mind which believes in surrender”
  3. Write WALNUT around your son’s name. Take a piece of paper. Write the name. Draw a circle around the name. Draw another concentric circle around the first circle. In the gap, write walnut and keep it. Don’t do anything else other than this.
  4. Chant OM LUM NAMAHA. Om Lum Namaha if chanted alone will stabilize him. Chant this mantra alone for 300 times.

At last, my son got job of his liking. Even though the salary is not that great, at least I feel that divine door has opened for him. The job is like meeting top Doctors / Gynecologists and prospective customers and present about their products. What he should chant so that their prospective clients become their permanent customers or which mantra to be chanted.

  1. Write VERVAIN, OAK, HEATHER in a piece of paper and ask your son to keep it with him. Let him see the names and thank these flowers daily before making the calls.
  2. After coming back let him recollect the day’s proceedings and thank each and every incident and persons concerned.
  3. After waking up in the morning, let him affirm, “I submit myself to the divine order now on”

I am not able to get another job

When you have the same thoughts and emotions, you will continue to be in the same situation. First of all, before you get a job and move to a new office, you need to move out of your mental pattern that keeps you in the current jobless situation. “MOVE ON” helps you do that.

  1. Chant the switch words, “MOVE ON” and be in the MOVEMENT MUDRA (index and middle fingers touching the tip of the thumb, on both the hands). Do this for 15 minutes.
  2. Chant the switch words, “FIND COUNT DIVINE Job”, while you are in the SAFE and SECURE MUDRA (ring and little fingers touching the tip of the thumb, on both the hands). Do this for 15 minutes.
  3. Whenever you are working, or driving and when you can’t be in a Mudra, chant, “MOVE ON FIND COUNT DIVINE Job”

Mudras can be done anytime, and anywhere.

Sleep Well with Mudras

Why we couldn’t sleep well. The reason is that all our energy is focused on the head, especially about work, money and relationships. We keep thinking about something that has happened yesterday and today, and something that might happen tomorrow. Thus, more energy is focused on the head.

Chin Mudra

You touch the tip of the thumb with index finger. Unlike Chinmaya Mudra you keep the other three fingers straight. When you do Chin Mudra, extra energy in head is diverted to the root chakra (which is situated below your sexual organ) and then to the legs. You get grounded and therefore you sleep well.

Usually I do Savasana (corpse pose) before going to sleep, so as to unwind myself. Yesterday instead of keeping the palms on the side and keeping them open, as we do while performing Savasana, I did Chin Mudra. The amount of energy I felt had been tremendous, never felt before. Of course I slept well.

Vitality Mudra

Here you touch your thumb with little and ring fingers. This gives you physical strength – especially after you are tired from any activities that are physical in nature (newly married and aged people will find this Mudra very helpful).

Additionally, this Mudra puts you on a better financial situation then you are currently in.

Putting you in a better financial position – a case history

Kannan has never worked anywhere and had always been in business. He had never made enough money in his life and been always in debt and shortage of money. Kannan and his wife were asked to do this Vitality Mudra by Naran S Balakumar, for 45 minutes before going to sleep.

What they found out was:  They could sleep well which had been never the case before. Even though their financial position has not changed much yet (they had been practicing only for last few weeks), their financial situation has changed considerably. Somehow they found money from various sources to make up for things. Thus their life goes on a smooth sailing. I am sure they will get better off over a period of time.

Getting back your physical strength

Personally after playing cricket during the weekends I found this Mudra helpful to give me back physical strength required by me to carry on with other activities. Otherwise, two of hours of playing cricket take away all my strength to do anything meaningful, during the whole weekend.

Sleep Well

You may ask how you can sleep well with Vitality Mudra. When your financial worries are taken away, energy flows to your Hara chakra (located just below the navel) and Root chakra, and thus automatically energy in the head is reduced.

Benefits of Vital Essence Mudra

Touch the tip of the left thumb with middle and ring fingers of left hand, and right thumb with ring and little fingers of right hand.

This Mudra increases the physical vitality. In addition, it activates, normalizes, balances and harmonizes the Hara chakra or the Sex Centre, which is below the navel area. So it is also called as the Hara Mudra.

Garbage accumulated in this life is stored in the Hara Chakra

All garbage what all we have learnt from our life – desires in particular, lessons learnt from our parents, and our opinions about relationships are formed in the Hara chakra.

Do we have meaning in the actions that we undertake? We just talk with people aimlessly. How to create a worthy life? This chakra is full of desires. Contentment is the message of the chakra. Only when we release garbage and bring in contentment, then the other chakras are activated. Release all unwanted thoughts, feelings and desires. Then we will grow up.

We meditate and chant various Slokas, though in our back of the mind, we keep thinking about servant who hasn’t appeared yet, that the milkman hasn’t delivered the milk yet and so on and thus lacking in self-discipline.

Other benefits of doing the Vital Essence Mudra

The self-discipline is gained though this Mudra. All desires, garbage and unwanted energy are removed by this Mudra. We live with an attitude of gratitude.

Heal your kidneys when there is dryness

Naran

Nobody likes to scratch their hair, or itch in front of others. Invariably you feel dryness in the hair or in the place where you feel like itching. Dryness means lack of water element. 70% of our body contains water, which is maintained by kidneys. So if there is dryness, then it means the water level is below par or the kidneys are not functioning properly.

How to increase the water element in the body?

Mudra

Ring finger represents water element. Touch the tip of the thumb with ring finger on both the hands. This activates and normalizes water element within the body.

After 10 or 15 minutes, touch the place of dryness or itching for few minutes. Do it as and when you need.

Color

When the water is less, then it means Kidneys needs more blue color. So fill it up with blue color. Imagine blue color entering your body through your feet, from mother earth and filling up your kidneys, which is situated on the back spine, exactly behind the belly button.

Hands on healing

You can also touch that part (behind belly button) with both the hands, while bringing in blue color. If you find it difficult to keep your hands like this, keep a pillow behind your back, so that your hands feel less discomfort.

It is a good practice to keep the hands this way whether you imagine blue color or not, 10 a minutes a day to tone up your kidneys.

Chinese Mantra

The mantra to activate kidneys is “CHU” (pronounce it as “CHOOOO”). Simply chant the mantra along with a long exhale whenever you can. If you find it difficult to exhale after few times then chant the mantra alone.

You can keep the hands on kidneys while chanting the Chinese mantra.

What does water represents?

Relationships!!! So tone up, activate and normalize your relationships by doing the techniques above. 

Moving forward in life

I have come across your page in the Google on healing just a few weeks back where I had severe neck pain in the right side.

I started practicing the (Chin Mudra) Forgiveness Mudra and along with the affirmation for all my family members and my colleagues. To my wonder in other 5 minutes of this exercise, I was able to feel great relief. The pain also got reduced.

Also, in the past one week, I was using the Movement Mudra (index and middle fingers touching Thumb on both the hands) – which helps me a lot in arriving to office soon in spite of heavy traffic. This is really amazing.

For the past 3 to 4 days, I was trying for a gas booking and the connection to gas phone was always busy.  Today, before trying the call, I called the Animal Spirit Guide of Wolf and prayed them. To my wonder, the gas office staff took the phone and updated me.

Take Care of Your Heart

Heart Mudra

  •          Index finger base at the thumb, while the middle and ring fingers on both hands touches the tip of the thumb.
  •          It strengthens the heart. For all people above age 40 this Mudra can help.

How does it work? Two processes are important for heart. One, de-oxygenated blood, which is full of carbon dioxide, goes to lungs from the heart, and lungs oxygenate it. The oxygenated blood is carried to heart and from the heart to all organs.

  •          This Mudra takes care of all those processes.
  •          It is very helpful for circulation.
  •          It is also called as detoxification Mudra.
  •          Energising the inner circulation of the heart is taken care of by the mantras, “Om HRAAM NAMAHA” and “OM HREEM NAMAHA”. Chant them, while doing the Mudra. The entire circulation will be strengthened.
  •          For high BP too, this Mudra is very helpful.
  •          Heart Mudra: you can do it, may be twice a day for 20 to 30 minutes.
