Sometimes, we have to think sentimentally too…

If mind (middle finger) joins with ring finger, then we will think emotionally. This combination of Middle and ring fingers becomes the emotional mind.

The emotional mind consists of opposite qualities like joy, happiness and worry, Fear and fearlessness, anger and love.

In emotional state, every opposite quality exists simultaneously. We pick up any emotion, depending on the thinking mind.

I want to be angry with that person. The moment you think that, a state of anger is produced. And, the emotion can act without the thinking mind (index finger) also.

Pain due to overweight

What is the remedy for too much weight? My husband is overweight and I want him to get fit. He has high cholesterol also.

Due to weight, his knees pains while climbing stairs and is having vitamin D deficiency too.

I have a combination of flower remedies. He can try.

Ask him to keep the ring finger under the thumb daily for 15 minutes. This is FIRE MUDRA, which will reduce his weight.

Ask him to chant Switch words, “CHANGE DIVINE ORDER NOW ON”

I like to add my husband is also taking Allopathy for High BP, Vitamin D and for joint pain. So can he take the Flower remedies along with that?

Flower remedies are for mental state and not for physical problems.

Meanwhile, chant the mantra, “HARE RAMA HARE KRISHNA” for his joint pain.

Ear pain whenever I open my mouth

Whenever I open my mouth – either when yawning or while coughing, I get a pain in the right ear.

Do you use a mobile a lot?

Sam

I don’t.

This could be due to Apanan (Prana), which has to flow downwards. Instead, it is flowing upwards instead. Do the Chin Mudra (index finger touching the tip of thumb on both the hands). It will help the Apanan to flow downwards.

Sam (after three days)

My pain has completely gone. Usually, my stomach is bloated in the evening from 4 pm until 9 pm. Because of that, my belly looks bigger. Can I do the Chin Mudra to reduce this bloating?

Naran

Yes you can. Additionally, chant ‘Vallabam Gajaananam Eka Thantham”.

The mantra will make you enjoy food. When you don’t enjoy eating your food, you will tend to nibble your food. You need to munch the food a lot (for at least for 40 seconds) before swallowing it. This helps saliva to get mixed with food, which helps the digestion process.

I have come across your page in the Google on healing just a few weeks back where I had severe neck pain in the right side.

I started practicing the (Chin Mudra) Forgiveness Mudra and along with the affirmation for all my family members and my colleagues. To my wonder in other 5 minutes of this exercise, I was able to feel great relief. The pain also got reduced.

Also, in the past one week, I was using the Movement Mudra (index and middle fingers touching Thumb on both the hands) – which helps me a lot in arriving to office soon in spite of heavy traffic. This is really amazing.

For the past 3 to 4 days, I was trying for a gas booking and the connection to gas phone was always busy.  Today, before trying the call, I called the Animal Spirit Guide of Wolf and prayed them. To my wonder, the gas office staff took the phone and updated me.

No Pain No Anger

About a year ago, I suddenly developed toothache, before it came and went but I didn’t see the dentist then, I just postponed it. But this time it was plain unbearable. I tried using Anbesol, which is a pain reliever. It works effectively but not this time even though I applied more than prescribed :). Therefore, I called the local dentists, with a hand in my face of course, who asked me to come after a week. It was just frustrating.

I couldn’t hold this pain that long, had loads of work, if I take a break it will pile on me. So, I had to try something else, I asked my brother, whether he knew any Mudras for this tooth ache. He asked me to do Varun Mudra after consulting Naran S. Balakumar.

My brother also gave me some more advice from Naran. Not only I should do this Varun Mudra but also I should get rid of anger. When I was in school, they used to call me “Short Temper”, yes direct name at that :), because I used to get upset even for small and trivial things. But in hindsight, I feel it was bad as it just drives them away like a fire. Who would want to stand next to a raging fire that is anger?

Naran said if the right tooth portions ache then one is angry with a male, while the left tooth aches shows one is angry with a female. Most of the pain and illnesses are caused by emotions. Mind and body affect each other significantly. So, I stopped being angry totally and then I did this Varun Mudra.

Little finger represents water. And only water can put out the fire. Therefore, touch the tip of the thumb with tip of the little finger. Water will increase in the body and bring down the fire in the body – I mean fever.

This Mudra is basically used for reducing fever and colds, but it can also alleviate the pain. If you have fever you can also do this one. One of my friends did this few days ago, she said it worked.

Varun Mudra: Touch the tip of the little finger with the tip of the thumb. Do this in both hands.

It looked simple enough. So I did this for 10 to 15 minutes with normal breathing in and out. You won’t believe it. The pain was gone and it didn’t come back at all. Another friend tried this before and after she had a surgery, she said it worked. It can also control your anger.

Handle Fire with Varun Mudra

How Varun Mudra reduces pain? Fire is red, fire is fever, fire is inflammation and fire is pain because inflammation is expressed as pain (inflammation is red).

Fire is heat and inflammation is nothing but heat or pita. Water is cold and cooling. Fire also means anger. In a state of anger, one’s auric field becomes red and projects red.

75% of the body is water and when there is pain, the body is crying for water locally. When Varun Mudra is practised, water element is activated and the pain is reduced. In fact, it reduces anger also.

When one is in a state of anger, the opposite person also will react in anger or at least seethe within, in anger. Anger influences anger. Therefore, if one is in a state of anger, the opposite person should be in safe and secure Mudra.

This Mudra will cool down one (by activating the water element) and stabilise the person (earth element) as well.
