Can’t keep extra money ever

I noticed that I cannot keep excess money ever.

All of them gone by the 5th day of getting paid.

I feel as though I must spend it as soon as I have it. Or some unexpected ill comes to take the remaining amount.

My goal is to pay off all of my debts and have healthy savings so that I can travel, pay for classes and start a small biz.

I know my parents also have issues with money – they never had any savings and are very wasteful.

What method of healing do you suggest to accomplish my goal?

Naran

  1. Download a picture of WILD ROSE and keep it under the pillow, for cutting the expenses.
  2. Be in Pushan Mudra daily for at least 20 minutes.
  3. For savings be in the Vitality Mudra (Pran Mudra) while in the bed and chant TOGETHER COUNT.

PUSHAN MUDRA: the Acceptance Mudra to balance your income and expenditure.

VITALITY MUDRA: the safe and secure Mudra for money and stability.

TOGETHER: the switch word will take care of your internal resistance to save money

Move ON and Have a Life for Yourself

My husband and I have been in the States for about 8 years, living in the same small town and doing the same job. We feel like stuck.

We would like to move out to another city to get more opportunities but it has been difficult to get a job. We just want a fresh start as well as job opportunities so that we can move out.

Naran

Be in the following Mudra for 30 minutes: Thumb touching the index finger (both hands) and the rest of the fingers at the base of the thumb.

Chant “THANKS CHANGE DIVINE ORDER COUNT NOW DONE” while doing the Mudra.

Explanation

Thanks: be grateful for what we have will enable us to get what we want

Change Divine Order: to change the current life situation and find divine order

Count: earn money

Done: it will be done

Mudra:

The index finger induces new thoughts. It will be from a higher perspective, which was created by placing the other three fingers at the base of thumb.

Now, your decisions will be de-avoid of internal resistance and they will not be based on past karma as well as previous karma vasanas.

Sleep Well with Mudras

Why we couldn’t sleep well. The reason is that all our energy is focused on the head, especially about work, money and relationships. We keep thinking about something that has happened yesterday and today, and something that might happen tomorrow. Thus, more energy is focused on the head.

Chin Mudra

You touch the tip of the thumb with index finger. Unlike Chinmaya Mudra you keep the other three fingers straight. When you do Chin Mudra, extra energy in head is diverted to the root chakra (which is situated below your sexual organ) and then to the legs. You get grounded and therefore you sleep well.

Usually I do Savasana (corpse pose) before going to sleep, so as to unwind myself. Yesterday instead of keeping the palms on the side and keeping them open, as we do while performing Savasana, I did Chin Mudra. The amount of energy I felt had been tremendous, never felt before. Of course I slept well.

Vitality Mudra

Here you touch your thumb with little and ring fingers. This gives you physical strength – especially after you are tired from any activities that are physical in nature (newly married and aged people will find this Mudra very helpful).

Additionally, this Mudra puts you on a better financial situation then you are currently in.

Putting you in a better financial position – a case history

Kannan has never worked anywhere and had always been in business. He had never made enough money in his life and been always in debt and shortage of money. Kannan and his wife were asked to do this Vitality Mudra by Naran S Balakumar, for 45 minutes before going to sleep.

What they found out was:  They could sleep well which had been never the case before. Even though their financial position has not changed much yet (they had been practicing only for last few weeks), their financial situation has changed considerably. Somehow they found money from various sources to make up for things. Thus their life goes on a smooth sailing. I am sure they will get better off over a period of time.

Getting back your physical strength

Personally after playing cricket during the weekends I found this Mudra helpful to give me back physical strength required by me to carry on with other activities. Otherwise, two of hours of playing cricket take away all my strength to do anything meaningful, during the whole weekend.

Sleep Well

You may ask how you can sleep well with Vitality Mudra. When your financial worries are taken away, energy flows to your Hara chakra (located just below the navel) and Root chakra, and thus automatically energy in the head is reduced.

Safe and Secure Mudra

Thumb touches the ring and little fingers, on both the hands.

  • You will sleep like a child.
  • If there are a lot of worries, you will be able to release it.
  • When you think you have a financial problem, not able to meet your financial issues or whenever you need money, then do this Mudra.
  • When you want money, chant the switch words, “FIND COUNT DIVINE”, while doing this Mudra. Even if you don’t have a source to get money, you will still get it.

FIND – find by chance or by luck.

It is a command to the subconscious mind, directing it to find the money somewhere, because I want to COUNT.

DIVINE means find it miraculously.

Other benefits of this Mudra are:

  • This Mudra also can erase any bad name. You don’t know how to mend your status in life.
  • This Mudra activates moon energy in you. You will become popular when moon is activated.
  • Moon is also required for harmony.
  • When a person is angry we always have a tendency to resist and react with anger. This is our natural tendency.
  • When somebody criticizes you, then be in this Mudra. He will go away or his anger will come down. When you change your energy, the opposite person’s energy has to change too.
  • Whenever you are angry or feel irritated then do this Mudra. It is a relationship Mudra.
  • This is also a stress buster.
  • You can chant flower remedies while doing the Mudra.

No Pain No Anger

About a year ago, I suddenly developed toothache, before it came and went but I didn’t see the dentist then, I just postponed it. But this time it was plain unbearable. I tried using Anbesol, which is a pain reliever. It works effectively but not this time even though I applied more than prescribed :). Therefore, I called the local dentists, with a hand in my face of course, who asked me to come after a week. It was just frustrating.

I couldn’t hold this pain that long, had loads of work, if I take a break it will pile on me. So, I had to try something else, I asked my brother, whether he knew any Mudras for this tooth ache. He asked me to do Varun Mudra after consulting Naran S. Balakumar.

My brother also gave me some more advice from Naran. Not only I should do this Varun Mudra but also I should get rid of anger. When I was in school, they used to call me “Short Temper”, yes direct name at that :), because I used to get upset even for small and trivial things. But in hindsight, I feel it was bad as it just drives them away like a fire. Who would want to stand next to a raging fire that is anger?

Naran said if the right tooth portions ache then one is angry with a male, while the left tooth aches shows one is angry with a female. Most of the pain and illnesses are caused by emotions. Mind and body affect each other significantly. So, I stopped being angry totally and then I did this Varun Mudra.

Little finger represents water. And only water can put out the fire. Therefore, touch the tip of the thumb with tip of the little finger. Water will increase in the body and bring down the fire in the body – I mean fever.

This Mudra is basically used for reducing fever and colds, but it can also alleviate the pain. If you have fever you can also do this one. One of my friends did this few days ago, she said it worked.

Varun Mudra: Touch the tip of the little finger with the tip of the thumb. Do this in both hands.

It looked simple enough. So I did this for 10 to 15 minutes with normal breathing in and out. You won’t believe it. The pain was gone and it didn’t come back at all. Another friend tried this before and after she had a surgery, she said it worked. It can also control your anger.

Handle Fire with Varun Mudra

How Varun Mudra reduces pain? Fire is red, fire is fever, fire is inflammation and fire is pain because inflammation is expressed as pain (inflammation is red).

Fire is heat and inflammation is nothing but heat or pita. Water is cold and cooling. Fire also means anger. In a state of anger, one’s auric field becomes red and projects red.

75% of the body is water and when there is pain, the body is crying for water locally. When Varun Mudra is practised, water element is activated and the pain is reduced. In fact, it reduces anger also.

When one is in a state of anger, the opposite person also will react in anger or at least seethe within, in anger. Anger influences anger. Therefore, if one is in a state of anger, the opposite person should be in safe and secure Mudra.

This Mudra will cool down one (by activating the water element) and stabilise the person (earth element) as well.

This Mudra called as Pran or Prana Mudra. Do the Mudra, by touching the Thumb with the tips of Ring and Little fingers, on both hands. Do it for at least 10 minutes a day. For better results do it for 30-45 minutes. Ideal position is to sit erect. However, you could do it, lying down, before going to sleep; while walking; or may be when your manager bores you with his lectures!

Explanation 

The mental state worry links with the scarcity situation. Lack of money = Worry. Enough money on hand creates a mental state of Relaxation and Calmness. When you do this Mudra, you activate your calmness. This calmness in turn, brings money into your life.

A student of Naran S. Balakumar was about to be fired. He did this Mudra for few days. Within a week, his job contract was renewed and got a good hike too. His feedback is, “I didn’t know when I went to sleep. Therefore, I can’t say, whether this Mudra works or not!”

The additional benefit of this Mudra is that you will sleep like a child. A child feels safe and secure under the protection of his parents. Therefore, you would feel safe and secure too.

While you are Relaxed and Sleeping, the Universal Mind is Awake and it works very hard to get not only what you want, but also more than what you want!
