I am having some problem since 3 yrs. I was using mobile a lot during 2006. But after 2 yrs of increased usage, I have reduced using mobile.
But still, I have some problems in me. I am unable to open my mouth freely sometimes. I have digestion problems as well as body pains only on the left side of my body.
I was using mobile on left ear.
Stop using mobile phone.
There is a sticker available in the market which can save one from electromagnetic pollution of mobile phone. Buy and stick it to your mobile.
Do this Mudra:
- Place the LEFT middle finger at the base of the thumb.
- Place the RIGHT index finger at the base of the thumb.
- Be in this Mudra for 15 minutes daily.
I did this Mudra for 15 minutes in the morning and I was able to feel the difference.
As he was using the phone on the left side, his left ear has been affected. This was fixed by the Mudra using the left hand.
The pain indicates the accumulation of excess air. This is fixed by keeping the right index finger at the base of the thumb.
The above Mudras were suggested based on the indications of the patient. In general, same Mudras have to be done on both hands, unless they are special ones.
I have a problem. I have been married since a year and was pregnant as soon I got married but had to abort as my husband didn’t wanted the child so soon.
And he doesn’t want kids. He says he is just happy with me, and his parents, as kids are a burden. Please help me change his mind-set about kids.
My parents are very eager for the kids. They are disappointed. Due to this, there are clashes between my parents and my husband. Now he is not speaking to them.
And my Sister in law stays nearby. She keeps coming daily to our house with her kids due to which there are problems, and I get irritated.
Please help me to make my husband change his mind about kids and be in love with my parents.
And moreover my job is also in danger. I don’t have project since 6 months and searching outside. That is also not helping.
Be in the following Mudra: index and middle fingers at the base of the thumb, while thumb touching the tips of little and ring fingers, on both the hands and chant “FIND DIVINE ORDER COUNT NOW”.
Write “HOLLY WILLOW” in a paper and keep it under the pillow.
Mudra: worry and constant fear makes one unstable because the air element is more and it has to be reduced to regain the balance and stability. So you bend the index and middle fingers. The little and ring fingers form the Safe and Secure Mudra. When Safe and Secure Mudra doesn’t work, then the variation in Mudra position mentioned above will work.

Mudras for Letting Go
Vata humor is formed by activating Air and Space elements (touch the thumb with index and middle finger on both the hands).
Vata means MOVEMENT.
Its primary seat is Colon. Inhalation, exhalation, circulation, communication, nervous system, excretion, co-ordination of senses – all of them require Vata humor.
When we fight with somebody, we don’t want to ask for forgiveness, because we are adamant. Earth element is more here (ring finger). Air and Space elements have to be activated.
The letting go of anger and resentment will be easier with this MUDRA.
Then we need to do the ACCEPTANCE Mudra and then do the FORGIVENESS Exercise.
Forgiveness is the door way to happiness in our lives.

My husband keeps fighting with me, says a lady.
Our normal reaction is to express our anger, which we think is natural and the right thing to do. Anger will produce only anger. How to break this cycle?
Do SAFE and SECURE Mudra (on both hands, touch little and ring fingers with thumb), also called as PRAN Mudra. Our anger will come down along with the other person’s anger.
With this Mudra, chant the names of the Bach flowers BEECH, WALNUT, WILLOW, AGRIMONY, CHICORY, and CHERRY PLUM. Harmony will prevail.
Alternatively, along with this Mudra, chant the Switch Words, “BOW CONCEDE TOGETHER DIVINE”.
When you want to avoid conflict, or when you want to do the forgiveness exercise, visualize the colour GREEN. Think about the colour green and visualize any greenery before going to the place where you expect conflict.
How to do this Mudra? The right hand thumb touches index and middle finger, while the left hand thumb touches middle finger and ring finger. This is also called PUSHAN Mudra.
- When there is a conflict and we wants to remain peaceful, we can do this Mudra and chant “I am sorry, please forgive me, Love Thanks Divine”.
- When we want to stop criticizing others or when we want to have tolerance, we can be in the Acceptance Mudra and chant, “I am sorry. Please forgive me. Love Thanks Divine”.
- When we want to shed our ego and pride, we can be in the Acceptance Mudra and go on affirming within, “I am sorry. Please forgive me. Love! Thanks! Divine!”
If you are angry you can do this Mudra. It activates and balances Apana Vaayu. When you have a back pain or any pain for that matter, do this Mudra. Unwanted Apana Vaayu will be released in 15 minutes.
This Mudra activates air and air means movement. Whenever you are in a traffic jam, it will create movement in you and thus movement outside you.
It reduces infatuation.
It also helps us to avoid misconduct between male and female.
